Nu-Dell Manufacturing Company and was founded in 1926 by Arthur Nudell and Irving Nudelman. In early 1990, Nu-Dell expanded with the purchase of Design Graphix, and expanded again in May of 1991, with the purchase of Glolite. In 2006, Nu-Dell completed the acquisition of the designs of Style Trend Studios.

Nu-Dell manufactures plastic picture and document frames, flower pots and floral accessories, plastic garden decore items, as well as message boards, neon-look signage, Electric Blackboards, computer monitor accessories, and Message Bars for the office products trade. Nu-Dell also supplies products for the restaurant and housewares industries. Nu-Dell document frames, flower pots, and silk flower assortments are recognized worldwide in both commercial and residential settings.

Nu-Dell Manufacturing Co. has its headquarters in Des Plaines, IL along with over 300,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing and warehouse space in Piedmont, MO and Markham, Ontario Canada.
